Google Problem

I asked Google to remove 33397 Heather avenue from their listings and maps. They told me I had to verify I was the owner. I have two options. I can make a video of me walking through the property showing my face, the front of the building and the inside of the shop (not possible now that I have sold and moved) OR I can enter the code they sent to the phone number on file - which is a LANDLINE.

I sent them a message telling them I was unable to use either method to verify that I was the owner and asking for some sort of third option. They replied that they could not address any questions I have about JRElectronics unless I first verified myself as the owner. So I can't ask any questions about the verification process until I first complete the verification process.

As a result of their process failures Google is inaccurate and there seems to be nothing I can do to correct it.
