These are most often sent to us with audio problems, not loud enough. We have also seen broken antennas, Push To Talk (PTT) switch problems and LCD and/or case failures.
These are also often called MagOne. The repair we see most often on these is the failure of the On/Off/Vol control, other problems include antennas, Push To Talk (PTT) switches, antennas and battery holder clips. We have the Motorola CPS software to program the frequencies and codes for these units, including matching to your existing stock. Repairs are less than $100.
These are quite popular with restaurants. Common problems include failed Push To Talk (PTT) switch and/or the large circular rubber membrane failing. We have new cases available for these.
We've repaired hundreds of these in the last 2 years. Common problems include broken Push To Talk (PTT) switches, hardened or missing PTT buttons, antennas, On/Off/Vol switches, Channel select switches, speakers and damaged headphone jacks.
We've repaired thousands of these in the last five years. Common problems are broken On/Off/Vol switches, inoperative Push To Talk (PTT) switches, broken antennas, water damage, broken LCDs, and deformed battery connections. We have a nearly 100% repair rate!
